Payment -

We accept VISA or MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Cashier's check or Money Order. Personal Checks and Bank Transfers may add to the transaction time, pending clearance.

Tracking Your Parcel

At your request we gladly provide tracking numbers for FedEx, UPS or DHL shipments.

International parcel post cannot be tracked, the United States Postal Service does not accommodate it. However, four (4) weeks after shipment we can put an insurance trace on the parcel if it was insured.

Customs Fees

Customs Fees / Import Duties are not a part of shipping fees; these charges are in addition to the quoted shipping costs. Auto-nomics is not responsible for these charges. The amount depends on the value of the merchandise being imported. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

If shipped by International Parcel Post You will receive the customs forms with the parcel from your mail carrier / post office. At that time you will have to pay the customs duties and fees, including the USPS customs processing fee.

If shipped by commercial carrier, their customs broker will contact you, requesting authorization to complete the customs clearance on your behalf. They will collect the amount of customs duties due.

Shipping / Insurance / Damage Claims

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Quoted costs are the actual cost plus a small handling fee. Insurance is added at buyer's request. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to a shipment, Auto-nomics is not liable for the value of the merchandise or the cost of shipping.

Claims must be made to the carrier right away. In case of shipments by International parcel post, the damaged parcel must be taken to your local post office, and a claim report has to be filed.

In case of shipments by FedEx, UPS or DHL the claim must be reported to the respective carrier.

Please retain the original carton, packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection by the carrier - otherwise the claim cannot be honored.

Please inspect the parcel upon arrival for outer damage before you sign for it.
